Single Family Home average sales price toped $1 Million for a couple of months, dipped back down a little. They are still up over the same month last year.

Condos and townhouses saw sales volume up. The median price and average price also climbed a little over the same month last year.

On Oahu, sales have been strong. Lower priced properties are still moving fast and seeing multiple offers in many neighborhoods.

Mortgage rates have seen some movement. An interest increase will raise the monthly mortgage payments for homes, faster than price increases. If you are thinking of upgrading our downsizing to a new home, this is a great time to do that.
